Blogging again

Ok so this whole blogging this can get crazy sometimes.  The last time I blogged anything I was a Stampin' Up Demonstrator, which I no longer am and now I am a Thirty-One Consultant.  I am going to try to be better at keeping up with this page.

So as of last year we moved into this big beautiful house.

I have most of the things where we want them and organized with the exception of the guest/craft/my office room. This was a project that I have put off for as long as I could.  Last week I started the process and here is what I have accomplished.

Fall Craft Show

The Fall Craft Show is right around the corner.  I made these cute pumpkins using the Petite Purse with the Big Shot.  This could be filled with treats for the kids.  I can't wait to do the other designs and show you, they are too stinking cute!!

Paper Ornament

Just a quick post today to show you the ornament I made last night using the Ornament Keepsakes Stamp Set (item # 128048 wood, 128051 clear) and the coordinating Holiday Ornament Framelits Die (Item # 127816)

I can't wait to make more of these in different colors and styles using the other stamps and framelits from this set.  The possibilities are endless!!!

October ~ A Fresh Start!!!

Starting Fresh

As you can see it has been awhile since my last post. When I started this blog a few years ago it was a Picture a Day Challenge, well it turned out to be just that.....A CHALLENGE!!! I've decided that blogging about "my life and other ramblings" would be more my speed. I also want to share my new love, Stampin' Up!!! I loved it so much that I became a Demonstrator last year and slowly I am learning new things and creating lots of different things like cards, gift boxes, treat holders....the list goes on and on. If you are interested in learning more just send me an email I would love to tell you all about it. Here is a recent picture of my two kids, Javi earning his last belt(or his 1st Gup) before he is able to test for his Black Belt and Emma earning her first belt(or 10th Gup) they go backwards if that makes sense. Hopefully you will enjoy this blog as it gives you a little peek into my world.

Miss Priss First Haircut

When we got back from our vacation we had Miss Priss got her haircut for the first time in a salon. I must say she did very well for the first time.

Our Captiva Vacation

I know it has been a little while since the last post but this one will make up for that. We went on Vacation to a resort on Captiva Island called South Seas Island Resort. This place was awesome and we didn't want to leave. The pictures below are just highlights of the week that we were there (I took almost 400 pictures). I hope you guys enjoy them!!! The pool was great but did not stay long, we had gotten used to the beach and believe it or not it was actually quieter at the beach!!!

This is the view from our villa, we were able to watch the boats come and go. I did manage to see a few dolphin swimming as well.

Summer is here!!!!

Summertime in Florida.....rain everyday Green pancakes, the kids loved this (thanks Evie for that idea) Watermelon indoors is not recommended They loved it anyway Miss Priss had to paint my toes as well as her own!! Then it was off to play with the Barbies She needed my shades, she said it was too bright out!! Just me, tryin out some new things on the digital camera!! Hope everyone enjoys the summer!!!
